Themes
In this document function the switching between the colored and the black/white display of the logos and color palettes in the document is controlled.
For this purpose, two templates of the same type must be created – already included in every solution by default: the Word Themes. This once for the color choice, once for black/white choice. These are named by default Theme farbig (colored) and Theme SW (b/w). In the themes the default fonts (headline and body) and the color palette are defined. Thus, they are the first templates created when setting up a OneOffixx database.
Important
The template content is only there to illustrate the colors and fonts. This data is defined only by means of the Word function in Design → Colors/Fonts!
When opening the document function, the XML definition is displayed first. By clicking on Edit in editor you can open the editor.
There are three color modes: Color / Grayscale / Black/White. In each case in the three tabs you select by checkbox the initial default setting when the document is generated (in XML = <Themes type="Color" default="true">
).
Select the appropriate theme and set the checkbox to active for the appropriate organizational units to which these settings apply. (In XML = <Theme id="13de0413-b312-42e7-b40b-5ce56691b042" default="true" organizationUnitId="44daf192-effd4-49dd-b5c5-9c3c5d466edd;2dfbeac9-bf6d-409c-9f96-e1501e55q953; 60294b8a-ad40-41ec-bdef-c54ae4ccc8fe" />
) In the same line, if there are multiple themes, you can specify which one is selected by default.
Warning
Two themes of the same type cannot be released to the same organizational unit(s)!
The same procedure applies to the configuration of the Grayscale and Black/White tabs. The "Grayscale" tab is optional.
In the Images section, map the image to be displayed when the document is color or black/white.
For this, the corresponding logos (once colored, once b/w, once grayscale if necessary) must be stored in the organizational unit.
